Ingredients

  • 150g of rice flour

  • 100g unrefined cane sugar

  • 3 eggs

  • 1 tablespoon of honey

  • 1 tablespoon of bourbon vanilla

  • 2 pinches of Himalayan salt

  • 100g of vegetable butter

  • 1 sachet of baking powder

Preparation

Step 1


Put all the ingredients in a salad bowl and mix them until smooth.


Step 2


Place the resulting dough in the madeleine molds


Step 3


Bake at 200 degrees for 15 minutes
