Tips and tricks
(this page is under construction, thank you for your patience)
Why "tips and tricks"? It's true that "tip" is a colloquial term, but it means "procedure." I found "tip" nicer than procedure, which in my opinion sounded a bit "formal," meaning having to follow a procedure. This is not the message I want to convey. Everyone is free to follow my "tips and tricks" or not.
Everything I share, I've tested. The results are very effective. So I'm sharing them for those who would like to try it.
I have done a lot of research into all things natural to improve my health.
For two main problems. The first, eczema; the second, cluster headache (CHG)
I'd had eczema since childhood. As the years went by, it got worse. The cortisone treatments became stronger and stronger as my body adapted. Then came a period where my skin would literally tear open with a simple scratch, or with my seatbelt. It was a constant pain.
I was diagnosed with "cluster headache" when I was 20. It's a disease that's said to be rare and incurable. In the event of an attack (which is really painful), I injected my treatment; but I won't dwell on that topic for the moment.
No one really knows the triggers of some illnesses. They are said to be psychosomatic > the effects of the mind on our body.
I completely agree with this. Today's society underestimates the impact our minds have on our bodies.
"Not saying the words creates pain"
There are very telling expressions such as:
"To be fed up"
"To worry"
"To have the balls"
"Carry on one's shoulders"
"Having your head that's going to explode"
etc
Thanks to Chinese medicine and diet, because let's not forget that it is the "fuel" of our body, my eczema is gone as well as the CH attacks (it's been 8 years since I last had an attack)
I hope my posts will also help you on your path to wellness ❤️❤️❤️
